After you’ve found the products you like, it’s a good time to start gathering the documents you will need to complete your application. An example of some of the documents we require include drivers licence, payslips, Lease or Rental Agreements, Centerlink & Bank Statements, Medicare Card and Phone or Utility Bills.
When you’re ready, start your application at anytime either by phone, online or in store.
A friendly team member from your local store will give you a call to collect any extra info we need to process your application.
After all your information and documentation has been provided, we will assess your application and let you know the outcome ASAP. This usually takes less than 24 hours!
Once you’re approved – all we ask is your first month’s rental payment on delivery. We’ll install and show you how your rentals work. If you move, we’ll move and re-install all your rentals! This is included in your contract.
Enjoy your products with the peace of mind of ongoing support from Radio Rentals. That is, if your product is ever damaged or becomes defective for any reason outside of your control, simply give us a call and we’ll repair, refurbish or replace it!
