Set up your Customer Portal Now!

To take full advantage of the benefits of your new Customer Portal, simply follow the below steps.

Step 1: Visit to sign up to your Customer Portal.

Once you’ve signed up bookmark the signup page to log in at any time.

Step 2: Get started! Enter your account information on file including: First Name, Last Name, Email and DOB.

Step 3: You will receive a welcome email which prompts you to set a password to complete the account set up. 

Step 4: Once you have completed Step 3, you will be redirected to your account Overview page.

Step 5: Explore your Customer Portal and discover the benefits to help manage your Radio Rentals account!

  • Access to your account summary and product / contract information.
  • Ability to update your personal contact information and communication preferences.
  • Access to online forms such as support with faults or refunds.
  • Action End of Term lease options.
  • Overview of Billing information and the ability to make a one off payment on your account and view up to 2 months account transaction history.
